  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and brand tags are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking number for real-time updates.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your equipment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
